Max Wenneker

I've helped many fast-growing teams scale their businesses by standardizing, centralizing, and automating key internal and customer-facing processes, scoping organizational and hiring needs, leading large cross-functional projects, and more! I can act as your part-time executive, advisor to you as a CEO or COO, work at a strategic level with your leadership team, and/or get into the nitty-gritty with your biggest business problems.

My Experience
I spent 6 years at Uber in the early days of the company building markets and new lines of business. Then I joined Incredible Health as their Vice President of Operations. I helped scale the company 5x from Series A to unicorn Series B. Over the last 3 years, I have served several early stage (pre-seed through Series B) startups as a fractional executive, strategic project owner, or coach for their leadership teams.
