I can act as your part-time executive, advisor to you as a CEO, work at a strategic level with your leadership team, and/or get into the nitty-gritty with your problems.
I spent 6 years at Uber in a variety of operations leadership roles, growing with the company from 500 employees to >20,000. In early 2020, I left to get back to where my passion truly lies: startups. I love working with teams to help their businesses scale. Most recently, I was Vice President of Operations for Incredible Health, a Series A health-tech company that I helped grow to unicorn Series B valuation. Today, I work with several early stage (pre-seed through Series B) startups as an advisor, fractional executive, or strategic project owner.
